How can I place an order?

Just head to the product page of your choice from the top menu, choose your pack size and purchase type (one-off purchase, or subscription) and then click the big "Add To Cart" button. You will then see the cart icon in the top right corner. Click this to proceed to checkout. Simple as that!

How can I cancel and return my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 days by emailing us at [email protected]—no questions asked. Just keep in mind, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us, and if the product has been opened, we can’t process a cancellation.

What is your 90 day happiness guarantee?

Our 90-day happiness guarantee means we stand behind our products 100%. If you’re not completely satisfied with your results after using For Youth supplements for 90 days, we’ve got your back. Just reach out to us, and we’ll offer a full refund—no hard feelings. We believe in the power of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Do I have to pay for return shipping if I cancel my order or am not satisfied?

Yes, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. And remember, if the product has been opened, we can’t accept the return.

Will my order get held up at customs?

We do everything possible to ensure smooth delivery through customs, and while it's very rare, we can’t take responsibility if local authorities reject your order or apply import taxes. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yep, we can deliver to P.O. Boxes, no problem!

How do I track my order?

We’ll pop the tracking link and carrier info into your confirmation email for easy access.

The tracking for my order says “delivered,” but I never received it.

Subscriptions

How can I sign up for a subscription plan?

When you’re placing an order on the For Youth product pages, simply select “Subscription” in the product selector and hit ‘Add To Cart’ to sign up for a subscription plan. Easy, right?

How does the subscription plan work?

We’ll make things simple by putting your For Youth deliveries on autopilot.

You can choose delivery every 1, 3, or 6 months, and you’re free to pause, skip, or cancel anytime. For example, if you choose 3-month deliveries, we’ll send you 3 months’ worth of product every 3 months.

Plus, your first order comes with a bottle, and after that, we’ll send eco-friendly refill sachets—better for the planet and less clutter for your fridge or cupboard!

How do I cancel, pause or skip my subscription?

You do any of these things, anytime by logging into your For Youth account. No strings attached! If you forget your password, simply reset it, or email [email protected] and we will help you out.

Payments

In which currency are the prices listed?

All our prices are listed in your local currency, but you can change this in the website navigation bar if for some reason you wish to see another currency.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and iDeal.

Why is my payment method - Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay - not working for me?

These payment methods may not be working if you have linked them to a payment method we don't accept.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately upon purchase of your plan or individual product.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We will reimburse your payments within 5 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product from you. Unfortunately, if the item has already been shipped, you will need to pay for the return journey. Please note, orders generally leave the warehouse the next business day after your order has been placed.

How do I use a promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout on the payment page.

What is independent lab testing and how do you test your supplements?

When it comes to supplements, independent lab testing means an unbiased, certified lab verifies the product’s quality, purity, and safety. For Youth supplements are tested at an independent lab in Singapore, under strict regulations, ensuring you get exactly what’s promised—no shortcuts, just the real deal.

Are your supplements safe?

Absolutely. We take safety seriously. Every production batch of For Youth supplements is tested twice—first at our manufacturer, then at an independent, certified lab in Singapore.
