Dr. Jan Gruber, PhD, is a biochemist and Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS), specialising in ageing biology, mitochondrial function, and oxidative stress. His research explores the molecular mechanisms of longevity and has been published in leading journals. He completed his PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford and also studied physics and mathematics at the University of Cambridge. His work often uses simple organisms such as tiny worms (C. elegans) to understand how ageing happens at the cellular level, and to test new ways to slow it down.

Dr. Vincenzo Sorrentino, PhD, is a molecular biologist and Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS), specialising in ageing, mitochondrial health, and NAD⁺ metabolism. His research has been published in leading journals including Nature and Cell Reports. He completed his PhD in Medical Biochemistry at the University of Amsterdam and went on to study how metabolism and nutrition affect ageing.
