SINGAPORE — You finished the run. You won the pickleball match. Or at least made it interesting. But the workout doesn’t end when you stop moving. Recovery is what comes next. And For Youth by Decades is bringing it to you in a sachet.

The Clear Protein+ is a clear post-workout recovery drink that combines protein, creatine and electrolytes in a single sachet. Each serving delivers 17 g of protein, 5.9 g of glycine, 3 g of CreHytine™ creatine monohydrate, and sodium, potassium and magnesium in a light lemon, pineapple and ginger drink, with just 74 kcal and 0.4 g of sugar.

Designed for warm climates and mixed with cold water, The Clear Protein+ offers a lighter alternative to traditional protein shakes while consolidating three common post-workout products — protein, creatine and electrolytes — into one convenient drinkThe Clear Protein+ will be available online at foryouth.co from Wednesday, 1 October.

"I couldn't find a clear recovery drink that fit a longevity framework, so we built one," said Jeff Duyvesteijn, founder of For Youth by Decades. "We wanted to create a protein product for people who think about strength not just for today, but for the decades ahead. True to our Philosophy at For Youth for Decades, westart with the science, focus on what matters for our customers in the long term, and make it simple enough to become part of everyday life."

Recovery, Reworked.

The Clear Protein+ is built for the finish, whether that’s a strength session, a run, a Pilates class or a pickleball match in the heat. In cold water, it dissolves clear with a light stir — no shaker, clumps or chalky residue. Lemon gives the drink its refreshing citrus character, balanced by the natural sweetness of pineapple and the warm finish of ginger. The combination of taste and texture brings it close to a craft soft drink, and away from a traditional protein shake. Chilled sparkling water works just as well, with the drink remaining clear and refreshing.

At 74 kcal and 0.4 g of sugar, it sits well below the 200 to 300 kcal and 15 to 30 g of sugar found in many post-workout shakes.¹ There are no artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours either, making it a post-workout treat that doesn’t undo the work.

One Sachet, Three Products

Each sachet combines protein, creatine and electrolytes at credible doses: 3 g of CreHytine™, a micronised creatine monohydrate, and an electrolyte trio of 250 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 50 mg magnesium, calibrated for everyday training rather than endurance-level loading. CreHytine™ uses a buffered hydrogel system designed to protect creatine from stomach acid and to be gentle on digestion.²

It fits easily in a gym bag, handbag or a travel carry-on, requiring no tubs, scoops or shakers, and offers a single balanced flavour instead of three separate products. At SGD 3.95 per serving, it also costs less than buying a comparable protein, creatine and electrolyte stack separately.³

A Longevity-Aligned Formula

The Clear Protein+ features a carefully calibrated protein matrix built around collagen peptides and complemented by whey protein, supporting both muscle and the tendons, ligaments and joints that help keep people training into their 40s, 50s and beyond. BCAAs and methionine are intentionally kept moderate, with every active ingredient fully disclosed and no proprietary blends.

“Most protein products are designed to maximise muscle growth,” said Dr Vincenzo Sorrentino, scientific advisor to For Youth by Decades. “But staying strong for the long term takes more than muscle alone. The Clear Protein+ takes a more balanced approach, providing the amino acids needed to support muscle while placing greater emphasis on glycine, which supports collagen production and the connective tissues that keep the body moving.”

Each serving delivers 5.9 g of glycine, among the highest of any commercial protein drink. The collagen-rich blend provides much of it naturally, with free glycine added to further increase the amount in each serving.

"There is a reason glycine keeps coming up in longevity research," said Dr Jan Gruber, scientific advisor to For Youth by Decades. "It touches several of the hallmarks of ageing at once, from collagen production to metabolic health and oxidative stress. Glycine is one of the more exciting amino acids to watch in the field of longevity science."
